Exalting Christ - We exalt Christ by (1) celebrating Christ's presence, (2) communicating God's

Word, (3) discipline Christ's people, (4) demonstrating Christ's love.

Lay Ministry - We want you to realize your potential for Christ's kingdom. We believe every Christian

is a minister and God has given you a special ministry ability.

Encouraging Preaching - We offer you Bible-centered messages which are personal and practical, and

provide positive solutions for life's common challenges.

Building Up People - You matter to the Lord and we're more interested in building you up than in

building facilities.

Reaching Our World for Christ - We believe the good news of Jesus Christ is the answer for our

world. We share Christ with those in our community, our state, our country, and our world. We have

a vision for helping other new churches get started, just as we were helped.

Acceptance - We offer you friendliness, openness, and unconditional love. This is a place for all of

us to grow into the kind of people Jesus wants us to be.

Teaching Children Biblical Principles - Children's ministry is one of our top priorities. We seek to give

your children a solid biblical foundation upon which they can come to know Christ personally, and live

joyful, responsible, and productive Christian lives.

Informality as a Rule - Informal styles of worship, acceptance of casual dress, lack of high-pressure

appeals for money, and a grace-based approach to ministry are examples of our "law of informality".

Organization to Meet Needs - We emphasize relationships, not "organized religion". Every ministry

we institute is designed to meet your needs. We do not do things simply because "we've always done it

that way".

Never Stop Growing - We emphasize evangelism, outreach, and church growth because there are

thousands of people in Northern Central Florida who need to know Jesus Christ in a personal way.
